Blue Lagoon Wellness asked us whether we could help with their website & digital marketing. They wanted to boost their profile on the ever-growing digital world which is such a competitive and ruthless market.

The Story

Blue Lagoon Wellness are award-winning hot tub specialists with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Recognised as Hotspring Hot Tub Retailer of the Year in 2018, they are renowned for supplying one of the world’s most respected Spa brands, combining quality, performance and luxury.

In 2022, Blue Lagoon approached us with the brief of creating a new website that aligned with their premium brand, elevated the customer experience and improved their visibility online. Their goal was to drive more traffic, generate leads and rank higher in search engines for their core service, thus growing their business.

The Work

Our approach focused on translating the tranquil, luxurious experience of a spa into the digital space. The website design incorporated calming blue gradients, ripple effect backgrounds and bold promotional banners, creating a visually immersive experience that reflected the quality of their products while maintaining a standout presence in a competitive market.

For three years, we have provided ongoing digital marketing support, helping Blue Lagoon maintain and grow their online presence. In early 2025, they rebranded to Blue Lagoon Wellness to reflect their expanding product range, which now includes Saunas, Swim Spas and Ice baths. Our team led the brand evolution, redesigning their logo to feature calming wave motifs, symbolising relaxation and wellness, while repositioning them as leaders in the wellness space.

Later in 2025, Blue Lagoon Wellness opened a new showroom in Knutsford alongside their existing Crewe location. We managed a full website transition to highlight the new showroom, including: landing pages, promotional banners, pop-ups, exclusive vouchers, redesigned service pages, location pages and an updated Google Business Profile – all delivered under a tight one-month deadline.
